1. Data We Collect

We collect: name, email, institution/college, game scores, and session data when you create an account and play games. We do not collect payment information directly — IAASSE membership payments are processed by Stripe via iaasse.org.

2. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate your account and track your game progress
To display scores on the leaderboard (with your consent)
To send prize-related communications to monthly winners
To improve the platform and game quality

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with IAASSE parent systems (iaasse.org, battleleague.iaasse.org) which share the same database for authentication purposes. We do not share data with third-party advertisers.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting games@iaasse.org. We will process requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords.
